What exactly does “full-service” mean? What do I actually have to do?
You hand us the school calendar and student roster. We handle packets, prize ordering and distribution, online fundraising setup, money collection (cash, check, credit), event-day setup, run-of-show, tear-down, reporting, and reconciliation. Your job: champion the event with your community and cheer the kids on event day.
Do you bring the color powder, prizes, and equipment, or do we supply them?
We bring everything. Color powder, music and sound, prizes, signage, registration materials, payment processing tools — all sourced and shipped to your school as part of the service.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Ideally 6–10 weeks before your target event date. Our season fills quickly — we work with a limited number of Florida schools each season to guarantee the level of attention every event deserves.
How does the online fundraising work?
Every school gets a custom online store and pledge page. Family members near and far can contribute by credit card, and donations are tracked by student and classroom — perfect for friendly classroom competitions and student recognition.
What happens if it rains on event day?
We work with your school during booking to establish a rain plan and backup date. For most schools we coordinate an indoor alternative location (gym, cafeteria, covered walkway) or a same-week reschedule — your call, our coordination.
Can we run this alongside another fundraiser in the same school year?
Absolutely. Many of our schools run a full-service event in one semester and a product fundraiser in the other. We can help you plan the calendar so the two efforts complement rather than compete with each other.
Is there a minimum school size or student count required?
No hard minimum. Our team has run successful events for schools of every size — from small private schools to large district elementaries. Reach out and we’ll walk you through what makes sense for your enrollment.
